About This Quote

When the Holy Spirit moves, there is Supernatural Accomplishment. The Holy Spirit is mentioned often in the Bible and Christians believe that when the Holy Spirit moves, He works miracles. The Holy Spirit did work miracles for Jesus, but not all supernaturally. The Bible tells us that Jesus performed many miracles while he was on earth.

Jesus fed thousands of people with just five loaves of bread and two fish. Jesus also healed the sick. We know that because Jesus told his followers to report to others what they saw him do. After Jesus died on the cross, he was taken to heaven by the Father.

But, what happened to Jesus’ body? When Jesus died on the cross, his soul left his body and came to rest in the Father’s hands. But, how did it get to be in the Father’s hands? Or, how did it get to be in the Father’s hands at all? And how did God let his body fall down from a cross when he was already dead? These questions are hard to understand because we do not have a lot of information about how God works or what happens when people die or when someone goes somewhere else after they die.  For example, what happens when you put a dead person in a coffin?  In this lesson, we will learn about what happened when Jesus died on the cross and what happened afterwards when he went to heaven. The Bible says that after Jesus died on the cross and before he went everywhere with God, it says that “his soul went out of his body and he went to God.”  The Bible also says that “Jesus gave up his spirit just as God predicted so that means…”  The Bible says that “Jesus gave up his spirit just as God predicted so that means…” In other words, before Jesus died on the cross he had been speaking with God for 3 days and 3 nights about many things from many places around our world and throughout history.

It is clear from these three passages of Scripture (Matt 27:46; Mark 15:34; Luke 23:46) that after Jesus died on the cross and before he went everywhere with God (Luke 23:43) he spoke with God about many things while on earth and while in heaven after dying on the cross. God had three days and three nights to talk with His Son while He was dead (Ecclesiastes
